About Cara Gallucci
With over 20 years’ experience and a broad background in complementary care, I guide clients to develop a greater sense of well-being and self-esteem. As a Certified Biofeedback Specialist, Reiki Master Practitioner, hypnotist, and meditation teacher, I use a variety of techniques in innovative ways to relieve anxiety, pain, and stress. For many years, I co-directed a holistic education center, the OMNI Institute for Optimal Health. In my private practice, I enjoy working with both teens and adults. I’m also a writer and have worked as a writing coach and English tutor. To learn more about my writing, including upcoming book release, see the “Books” and “Articles” pages.
I have been interested in the relationship between consciousness and healing since my teens, when I began my own practice of meditation and experienced unexpected health benefits. I’ve explored many forms of meditation and have long used meditative techniques to help clients relax and thrive. My expertise in this area was sparked by working with Dr. Irving Oyle, from whom I learned the "ally method," a technique he developed from Carl Jung's work on “active imagination.”
Certified annually by the Natural Therapies Certification Board (NTCB), I was trained in the LIFE System of Biofeedback by Dr. Priscilla Grant and Linda Loewer Hill of Bioenergetics4u, the leading instructors in this field. I became a Reiki Master Practitioner under Dr. Lourdes Gray, direct successor to her late husband John Harvey Gray. I received my earlier Reiki education directly from John, one of the 22 original Masters created by Mrs. Hawayo Takata, the woman who brought Reiki from Japan to the world. At the time of his passing in 2011, John was America’s longest serving Reiki Master. As a hypnotist, I’ve studied with Scott McFall and Don Mottin.

I help clients with a wide variety of issues and goals, from supporting behavioral change to facilitating spiritual development, from relieving pain and fear to recognizing innate strengths. I have supported clients long-term in coping with cancer and other chronic illnesses. At the foundation of my work is respect for each individual’s unique healing path and for the profound interplay between mind and body.
About OMNI Pathfinder
OMNI was the seed name my good friend and pioneering colleague Rita Roberts received in meditation for the non-profit holistic education she created many years ago. In time, I joined her as Co-Director of that organization. OMNI was the first holistic education center on Boston’s South Shore, offering classes for the public, training programs for professionals, practitioner services, and community events.
Afterward, each of us chose to retain the name OMNI within the scope of our private practices. Doing so allows us to honor our past, present, and future. To us, it represents the call of the Divine to our souls and all souls, drawing us together to recognize our oneness.
Latin for “all,” OMNI suggests the Divine that encompasses all, pervades all, and welcomes all. OMNI is a name for the divine spark that resides in each of us, illuminating our paths, however varied they may be. That spark manifests as living energy, as insight and awareness, and as the power to accomplish any goal. My goal is to help you draw on that omnipresent, omnipotent Source of infinite love, power, and wisdom that is the wellspring of true healing.
About My Logo
Your core Self resides at the center of the maze. Echoing the symbolism of the astrological wheel, you enter near the nadir. Life challenges you to travel through its maze until you reach the center and bring your awareness into contact with your Source, with who and what you really are. Empowered, energized, and renewed by that contact, you are inspired to continue up and out through the zenith of the Higher Mind, expanding your awareness and experience in the ever-widening cycle of life.
About My Policies & Procedures
One of my most important policies is that I never share your contact information. If you give me your email or phone number or sign up for one of my lists, no one except me will contact you, and I will never sell or share your information. I respect your privacy and confidentiality, whether you are a client or simply inquiring.
I do not discriminate on the basis of personal factors such as race, religion, gender identification, and so on. I do, however, reserve the right to decline service on the basis of stated contraindications or when, in my professional opinion, I believe my services are not best suited to a person’s needs and goals.
Like many practitioners, I use written informed consent to protect both of us. My form includes information about my credentials and scope of practice (much of which is available on this website). During our initial consultation, I also use a form that summarizes helpful facts about the modalities I offer. If we decide to work together, I will ask you to sign the forms to indicate that you have read them, understood them, and consented to work with me. I'll also go over my written Policies & Procedures at the initial consultation. If you'd like to read or print the Informed Consent, click here.
I abide by a professional Code of Ethics, available upon request.
